Growing up in Kansas, Mary Ann’s fascination with real estate began at an early age. While other 10-year olds were watching cartoons or looking at the comics, she was reading her favorite section of the Sunday paper…Real Estate.
She got her BS in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Finance from Kansas State University. She’s lived in Missouri and along the east coast in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. She settled in North Carolina in 1999 and now calls the Tar Heel State home.
Mary Ann began investing in real estate in 2006, when she purchased her first investment property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Her passion for helping people make educated decisions combined with her financial background and her allure for realty and luxury has led her to go from managing a technical consulting company to her ultimate career as a real estate agent.
Mary Ann is the founder and Broker-In-Charge of NextHome In The Triangle. She formed this brokerage firm to provide clients the highest level of service, marketing, and information.
Mary Ann enjoys helping her clients make informed real estate decisions. Please contact Mary Ann when you are reading to make your next move!
